EVP Hamilton Baiden Joins DreamCatchers Board of Directors

While Hamilton Baiden has had the opportunity to work with a number of non-profits through his many years in business, he has never found one with such a unique mission as the DreamCatchers foundation.

The Hospice DreamCatcher Foundation, Inc. (DreamCatchers) is dedicated to fulfilling the final dreams of hospice patients through high-school or college operated chapters, emphasizing intergenerational connection in all aspects of its work.

Almost every single one of us has been touched, in some way, shape, or form, by hospice. It’s beyond incredible to be a bright light in this space and bring joy to those who are nearing the end of their journey. On top of that, DreamCatchers is also instilling a principled value system in our youth by teaching them how to live a good life and to give back.

Thank you to the founder, Caitlin Crommett, for entrusting Hamilton to be a part of her team.
