With almost three decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Hamilton brings both a vision and passion for creating innovative solutions to complex problems. As President of Heritage, his focus is providing transparent leadership and expanding upon Heritage’s vast portfolio of services and solutions. His strategic direction and initiatives will cement Heritage’s status as one of the industry’s top Integrated Health Care Managers. Prior to Heritage Health Solutions, Hamilton served as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Avella Specialty Pharmacy.
Hamilton is tasked with all aspects of growth at Heritage Health Solutions, which largely revolves around helping customers understand the breadth and innovative nature of all the services Heritage provides. He brings a sharp mind and an entrepreneurial spirit. In his words, “nothing will stand in our way when it comes to finding solutions for our customers and taking better care of our patients.”
He is committed to finding solutions—even when they don’t previously exist. There is no problem, large or small, that Hamilton and his team cannot evaluate and design a solution around. His goal is to provide a better health care experience to clients while reducing their total costs.

Kevin has over 25 years of experience, across a broad range of industries, including retail and specialty pharmacy sales and operations, government programs, regulatory compliance, auditing, account management, managed care contracting, and claims adjudication. He easily enters into new environments and develops programs that positively change process flow and improve productivity.
Kevin plays a significant role at Heritage Health Solutions, designing, implementing, performing and completing activities to maintain and improve the quality, compliance, and cost effectiveness of the pharmacy programs for Heritage’s pharmacy business lines. He oversees day-to-day clinical service operations, provides support to the Clinical Staff, Account Management and the Customer Care Teams, monitors and measures the impact of business initiatives and provides suggestions and direction to ensure appropriate, efficient services are provided to customers.
Kevin and his team is a single resource for both pharmacy and medical services. They help to create customized, comprehensive solutions depending upon our customers’ unique, ever-evolving needs—providing solutions that reduce costs and improve overall care.

Dan swings a big bat. He is responsible for all of Heritage Health Solutions’ financial planning and reporting, accounting, tax, auditing, treasury, insurance, and more. Dan previously honed his skills working at Ernst & Young, LLP.
His team partners with operating personnel to ensure Heritage Health Solutions financial systems and procedures are properly positioned to provide the best possible support for clients. This includes accurate invoicing and well-documented controls, along with ongoing audits. Although not required to do so as a private company, Heritage provides an annual SOC-1 report to its clients, demonstrating unwavering commitment to delivering quality service.
He is a strategic thinker with an unrelenting pursuit of excellence. He is always seeking the best for our clients. Craig has been an IT leader for more than 20 years—more than 18 of that specifically in health care. He is a Board-Certified Health Care Executive (the Fellow certification offered by the American College of Health Care Executives) and he is a Certified Health Care CIO (offered by the College of Health Care Information Management Executives).
From an IT perspective, Craig is building infrastructure that empowers and enables clients—helping them to understand their spend and patient outcomes, allowing them to make better decisions and improve care for their organizations. He is also responsible for the security and integrity of information. Heritage’s IT Team is different because they are forward thinking and actively engaged in the client conversation.
Craig is a business-first IT leader. Technology is a core strength, but Craig lives in the world of business challenges. He is focused on solving those challenges first and foremost. While working in the Emergency Room at a rural hospital, Alisha quickly learned how to wear many hats due the hospitals lack of resources and specialties. She is no stranger to hard work and enjoys a fast-paced work environment which blends perfectly with correctional healthcare. She lends her expertise to multiple areas of Heritage, including creating nationally compliant policy and procedures, contract negotiations, recruiting and talent acquisition, and many other facets of correctional medicine.

Anthony has been in Human Resources for twenty years. He started in Telecom and then quickly gravitated to the health care sector—including a move to the US Embassy in South Africa to work with the Centers for Disease Control in Pretoria.

He strongly believes that his day-to-day work and actions benefit his team members’ personal lives by making sure they are well-taken care of. Dawn has the kind of expertise that only experience bestows. Her 20-year background as a pharmacy technician keeps her current on leading drugs and therapies which allows her to truly lead as Program Manager.

Dawn serves as primary point of contact and supports daily activities of the U.S. Marshals Service District Offices, Sub-District Offices, detention facilities, local retail and mail order pharmacies, and contract partners. Caroline McLean

Caroline has an impressive career in Quality Management. At various times over the past two decades she has been a case manager, family and individual counselor, and clinician for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, to name a few. Each of these work experiences was held to a strict quality component.
Caroline leads the Quality Management Program for Heritage Health Solutions. This involved program allows Heritage to meet or exceed contract requirements, customer needs, and overall expectations, with participation from every level of the organization. She manages the quality of contract performance and employs strong risk management processes from point of discovery through resolution.
Caroline is a passionate and meticulous team member. She is also multi-faceted and flexible in her abilities and areas of expertise. Caroline upholds an aggressive work ethic, yet effectively maintains relationships while respecting diversity of thought and equity.
Zachery Kahn, JD

Zachery has an extensive background in federal government contracting. He previously worked in the defense and aerospace industry where he was one of the lead negotiators primarily with prime government contracts and large commercial aerospace companies. He also played a lead role in areas such as contract administration, export compliance, and government contracting compliance.
Zachery ensures that our clients’ expectations are being met. Designated as Heritage’s Regulatory Compliance Officer, he evaluates all contracts and verifies all parties involved have a clear understanding of all requirements to guarantee optimal performance of duties.
Zachery is a game changer because he makes it happen. If there is an unresolved issue, he springs into action and will not stop until a resolution has been reached.
