Kevin has over 25 years of experience, across a broad range of industries, including retail and specialty pharmacy sales and operations, government programs, regulatory compliance, auditing, account management, managed care contracting, and claims adjudication. As CEO of Heritage, his focus is providing strategic direction and supporting the leadership team responsible for developing and implementing programs that positively change people’s lives.
Kevin is tasked with supporting his leadership team in designing, implementing, performing, and completing activities to maintain and improve the quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness for Heritage’s medical and pharmacy benefit business lines. He oversees day-to-day clinical service operations, provides support to the Clinical Staff, Account Management, and the Customer Care Teams, monitors and measures the impact of business initiatives and provides suggestions and direction to ensure appropriate, efficient services are provided to customers.
Kevin is committed to serving customers, and his team is a single resource for both pharmacy and medical services. They help to create customized, comprehensive solutions depending upon our customers’ unique, ever-evolving needs—providing solutions that reduce costs and improve overall care.

Dan has been with Heritage since 2013 and is responsible for all of Heritage Health Solutions’ Finance / Accounting, Contracts / Proposals, Legal and Quality functions. Dan previously honed his skills working four years in public accounting followed by nine years at one of the nations’ largest nonprofits.
Dan develops pricing to deliver best-value solutions to Heritage Health Solutions’ clients. His team partners with operating personnel to ensure financial systems and procedures are properly positioned to provide maximum support for clients. This includes accurate invoicing and well-documented controls, along with ongoing audits. For instance, although not required to do so as a private company, Heritage provides an annual SOC-1 report to its clients, demonstrating unwavering commitment to delivering quality service.

Anthony has been in Human Resources for twenty years. He started in Telecom and then quickly gravitated to the health care sector—including a move to the US Embassy in South Africa to work with the Centers for Disease Control in Pretoria.
Anthony’s customers are the people at Heritage Health Solutions, a group he is dedicated to helping succeed. He strongly believes that his day-to-day work and actions benefit his team members’ personal lives by making sure they are well-taken care of. And that, in return, enables employees to take better care of clients.
Anthony strives each day to remember that his position is one of the human experience—that it takes compassion and understanding to reach people and let them know they matter and are part of something bigger at Heritage than “just a job.”

Dan uses his experience from 20 years in Information Technology to ensure Heritage Health Solutions’ information systems, software, and infrastructure operate securely and efficiently. He provides leadership for new system development and enhancements to the current infrastructure, and he helps develop short- and long-range planning to support corporate goals. He has been with Heritage Health Solutions since 2011 and worked previously as a Network Administrator for the American Paint Horse Association.
While Dan may not work directly with clients, everything his team does ensures clients (and employees) have the best possible experience. He ensures client-facing systems operate securely according to HIPPA, FISMA, NIST, and other regulations, which is fancy way of saying he makes sure client and corporate date is safe and secure and that corporate communications are smooth and seamless.
Dan is a master at multi-tasking. You have to be when your team is in charge of services, solutions, and infrastructure that touch every part of the company. He always has a solution, a positive attitude, and the willingness to try various methods to get to success.

Dawn has the kind of expertise that only experience bestows. Her 20-year background as a pharmacy technician keeps her current on leading drugs and therapies which allows her to truly lead as Program Manager.
Dawn excels at customer service and problem solving. She is always willing to help others by doing the right thing. Dawn serves as primary point of contact and supports daily activities of the U.S. Marshals Service District Offices, Sub-District Offices, detention facilities, local retail and mail order pharmacies, and contract partners. She assists with and resolves National Managed Care Contract program concerns, communicating about changes to the Preferred Provider Network, the claims payment program, and the pharmacy program.
She does whatever it takes and then some. She is truly an advocate for her customers, working tirelessly to find the solutions they need, even if that means uncovering new avenues and paths to pharmacy and medical claims. She manages relationships and solves problems on a daily basis.

Tim has 20+ years of experience in executive sales and management. He’s what you might call a go-getter. Tim has worked with a number of companies in the past—from start ups to industry leaders. He forges strong bonds with the businesses he engages with and is always focused on their success and business health.
Tim started at Heritage Health Solutions in early 2019 and has made an immediate impact. He currently manages the Outside Medical Network Team that works with sheriff’s offices and counties to reduce their off-site medical spend. As a result, his team has saved counties millions of dollars and thousands of administrative hours.
He is a champion for his customers. He gets to know the people he works with and he is focused on their ultimate success. He is a “foxhole partner”—someone you want next to you in battle. He has a passion for learning combined with a relentless pursuit to help others. One thing he strives to do is put himself in a client’s shoes, to better understand their needs. Then he brings them solutions that drive results.

Kristin Blanchard has over 25 years of experience in Healthcare, both clinical and managed care settings. In 2017, she shifted her focus towards a satisfying and rewarding career in Corrections. At Heritage Health Solutions, Kristin is leading the efforts to develop our cost-effective, preferred provider networks while establishing and maintaining positive relationships with community healthcare providers.
As a healthcare professional, Kristin has worked in Geriatric Medicine, providing hands-on care to vulnerable seniors, Network Development developing exclusive provider networks in various geographic locations across the country, and Cost Containment with an emphasis on Population Health Management working with self-funded employer groups looking to better control costs and improve the care of their employees.
As an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Operations professional, Kristin would say that the favorite part of her career is learning something new every day as the market evolves as well as being a mentor and training others.

Vanessa has worked in the public sector for many years and understands the dynamics in play at the Department of Veterans Affairs. She started her career as a Pharmacy Technician and has worked at Heritage Health Solutions in multiple roles since 2011. She has been the VA Program Manager since March 2019.
Her team is extremely dedicated and client focused. They have been commended on their responsiveness and ability to be there when it counts. Vanessa shows professionalism and is able to support her clients with a multitude of concerns and requests. This includes member services, invoice/billing inquiries, reporting needs, and more.
